1 · Information we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image — nothing else from your Google account. As you use the product we record the questions you submit (images and text), the videos we generate from them, and basic usage events (job timestamps, render durations, error codes). We also keep short-lived server logs that include your IP address for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

2 · What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the questions you submit or the videos we generate to train general-purpose AI models. We do not run advertising trackers on Kavriyo. Our sub-processors (below) are bound by contract not to use your prompts or outputs for their own model training.

3 · Sub-processors

Kavriyo is a small product built on top of named third parties. We list them here so there are no surprises:

• Google (Gemini API, Cloud TTS, OAuth) — question OCR, script generation, narration, sign-in.
• OpenAI — optional alternative image provider for scene illustrations.
• Amazon Web Services (S3, CloudFront) — storage and delivery of rendered videos.
• Resend — transactional and waitlist email.
• Paddle — merchant of record for paid plans; handles card data, tax, and invoicing. We never see your full card number.

4 · Cookies and sessions

We set a single session cookie after sign-in so we know it's still you on subsequent requests. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Privacy-preserving analytics (page views and aggregate event counts) may be added later; if so we'll update this page first.

5 · Public feed

Videos generated on Kavriyo are private to your account by default. The 9:16 “pill” version of a video may be surfaced on the public Discover feed only if you choose to publish it. Published pills show no personal information beyond an optional display name.

6 · Retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete any individual video from your dashboard at any time, which removes it from our database and from CloudFront cache within minutes. To delete your account and everything associated with it, email us at the address below — we'll process the request within 14 days. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days after that.

7 · Children

Kavriyo isn't directed at children under 13. If you're an educator using Kavriyo with younger students, you're responsible for obtaining the consent your local law requires (COPPA, GDPR-K, KVKK, or equivalent) before having students sign in or submit work.
