1 · The service

Kavriyo turns a math, science, or homework question into a step-by-step educational video and a 9:16 “pill” summary. The product is in open beta: features change, jobs occasionally fail, and rendered videos may be re-generated as we improve the pipeline. By using Kavriyo you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2 · Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for everything done under your Kavriyo account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to sign up.

3 · Acceptable use

Don't use Kavriyo to generate or distribute:

• illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises real people without their consent;
• content designed to harass, defame, or threaten a specific person;
• medical, legal, or financial advice presented as authoritative — Kavriyo is an educational explainer, not a professional;
• automated abuse — scraping, reselling, or rebranding the product without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, in our reasonable judgment.

4 · Your content, our output

You keep ownership of the questions and images you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process them on your behalf — to run OCR, generate scripts, render scenes, and store the result. The videos Kavriyo generates from your input are yours to use for personal study and teaching. We retain ownership of the underlying templates, code, and rendering pipeline.

If you publish a pill to the public Discover feed, you grant us a worldwide license to host and display it on Kavriyo. You can unpublish it from your dashboard at any time.

5 · Educational accuracy

We work hard to get the math right — every step is reviewed by a control agent before rendering — but Kavriyo is generated software, and software is fallible. Don't use Kavriyo videos as the sole source for high-stakes decisions (exams, certifications, professional work) without verifying the content yourself. If a video is wrong, please tell us.

6 · Billing and refunds

The free tier is free during open beta. Paid plans, when offered, are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record — Paddle handles cards, tax, and invoices. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. New paid subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the bulk of the quota for that period; email us and we'll sort it out.

7 · Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy § 6). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, create a security risk, or expose us to legal liability — we'll try to give you notice unless doing so would make the problem worse.

8 · No warranty, limited liability

Kavriyo is provided “as is” during beta. To the extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 — whichever is greater.

9 · Changes

We'll update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page. Continued use of Kavriyo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
